Clothes To Kids RI, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit that provides new and quality used clothing to school-age students from low-income or in-crisis families in the Providence County, free of charge.
Founded in 2016, Clothes to Kids RI provides wardrobes to children in K – 12th grade. Families are referred to Clothes to Kids RI by a social service agency, school or place of worship or they use their Free & Reduced lunch letter as the referral. Children can shop twice a year to get a weeks’ worth of clothing consisting of: 5 tops, 4 bottoms (pants, shorts or skirts), 1 dress (optional), 5 pair of new socks, 5 pairs new underwear, 1 pair shoes and 1 coat.
Clothes to Kids RI works hard to minimize overhead costs and ensure our donors’ dollars go where they matter most – to the children we serve.
