Peter G. Barton – Board Member since April 2017
- Peter G. Barton has over forty years of experience in the financial and auditing profession. He is retired from Citizens Financial Group, Inc., where he held the position of Senior Vice President responsible for implementation and compliance with the bank’s Sarbanes-Oxley financial reporting controls. Prior to Citizens, Mr. Barton managed the Investigations and Litigation Support functions for the Rhode Island Depositors Economic Protection Corporation (“DEPCO”).
- Mr. Barton has an accounting degree from Bryant University and is a former Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. He lives in Wakefield, Rhode Island and has been an active weekly volunteer at the clothes to Kids RI center since its opening in August 2016. He served as President and Treasurer of Clothes to Kids RI from November 2019 to February 2026.
Yvette Boisclair – Board Member since April 2017
- Yvette Boisclair is a Rhode Islander who graduated from Woonsocket High School and went on to graduate from Providence College and Suffolk University Law School. Yvette is currently a partner in the law firm of Mandell, Boisclair & Mandell. Yvette is inspired by the mission and vision of Clothes to Kids RI and its role in academic success.
Sean P. Feeney, Esq. – Board Member since March 2016
- Sean Feeney is a partner at Hamel, Waxler, Allen, & Collins. For four years he served as Special Counsel in the City of Providence provided advice and representation to City officials and to various boards and departments. He is also a former co-contributor to the legal matters section of GoLocalProv. Sean is a graduate of Northern Illinois Law. He earned a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and also studied at Naval Justice School in Newport, RI. He served as Secretary of Clothes to Kids RI from its founding in 2016 to April 2021.
Eva-Marie Mancuso – Co-Founder & Board Member since March 2022. Prior to March 2022 Eva-Marie served as Executive Director and non-voting member of Board.
- Ms. Mancuso was chair of the RI Board of Education from 2011- 2015, where she was appointed by Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate to design, develop and implement a new system of public education for the State of Rhode Island. Here she managed the first board of its kind in the United States for PK-20 governance focused on early learning, k-12 curriculum and instruction, college completion and workforce development.
- Ms. Mancuso is a Board Certified Civil Trial Attorney licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Eva-Marie is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Suffolk University Law School and is currently the managing partner of the Providence Law Firm of Hamel, Waxler, Allen, & Collins.
- Eva-Marie was inspired to co-found clothes to Kids RI to address a gap in the Rhode Island education system that was not previously being met by providing quality clothing to children to positively impact their self-esteem. She served as Executive Director of Clothes to Kids RI from its founding in 2016 to March 2023.
Paul M. Mastrangelo, Ph.D – Board Member since February 2025
- Paul M. Mastrangelo, Ph.D. is the President and Owner of First Domino Consulting, Inc., a firm he founded to develop leaders who drive change through employee listening and behavioral influence. Paul leverages evidence-based behavior-change techniques that he has curated into a change methodology called Infectious Change Design™.
- Previously, he was Principal Consultant at CultureIQ, formerly a part of Gartner and Corporate Executive Board. He has provided services to Fortune 500s (e.g., Johnson & Johnson), the United Nations, cities, and non-profits.
- Paul also composed 25+ professional publications, 1 co-authored book, and 60+ professional speaking engagements in addition to in-person executive sessions in 14 countries. Prior to consulting, Paul earned academic tenure at the Associate Professor level and directed a master’s program. Paul has his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Ohio University, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rhode Island.
Christine McKee – Board Member since May 2020
- Christine is a strong product and engineering leader responsible for establishing product vision, setting company strategy, defining customer segmentation / pricing, and leading software engineering teams at companies like WP Engine, Adobe, and Microsoft. Christine has advised Clothes to Kids RI since its inception and brings excellent strategic focus towards our use of technology for managing volunteers, donations, and all forms of digital communications. Christine has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Steven Miller – Board Member since February 2021
- Steven Miller is currently licensed REALTOR®, Sales Associate and Team Leader with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2009. He formerly worked as Executive Director for the non-profit Rhode Island Civic Chorale & Orchestra from 2007-2009 and has had a very successful 25+ year career in sales & marketing and business development in New York and Boston prior to moving to RI in 2006 with his husband Brian Moretti.
- Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with BA in History and Music, 1994. He also studied abroad fall semester 1992 through 18 countries in Europe, Russia, and the Middle East with the ECHT program, Eastern Michigan University.
Sarah Morgenthau – Board Member since February 2025
- Sarah Morgenthau is the President & CEO of the “I Have a Dream” foundation, a national nonprofit that provides education wraparound services to kids in underserved communities, first grade to first job. Sarah has devoted much of her career to public service, serving in both the Biden and Obama administrations. Previous roles include as the Special Representative for Commercial and Business Affairs at the U.S. State Department, as a Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Departments of Commerce and Homeland Security, and as the Director of Peace Corps Response.
- Sarah’s private sector background includes working as a lawyer and as co-head of business development for a global investigations firm. Sarah practiced law at an international law firm, as a staff attorney in the Enforcement Division at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and was a law clerk to a U.S. District Court Judge.
- Sarah has served on the boards of numerous nonprofit organizations, including Global Fellows in Courage, the Anti-Defamation League, Lehman College, Pact, Trailblazers, the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project, and the Homeland Security Advisory Board in Rhode Island. She was a member of the capital campaign to build the new Brown University Labor and Delivery Center at Women & Infants Hospital
MaryBeth Nunnery – Secretary & Board Member since March 2016
- CTKRI Board member, MaryBeth Nunnery graduated from Ithaca College in New York in 1987 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. Ms. Nunnery worked as a PT until 1998 when she left her job to raise her five children. In her spare time, she enjoys running, knitting, and spending time with her children. As a clothes to Kids RI Board member MaryBeth is also responsible for providing community outreach for the Clothes to Kids RI mission.
Carol A. Read – Board Member since March 2016
- Carol Read is currently the director of the Needham Coalition for Youth Substance Abuse Prevention with the Needham Public Health Department. In addition to community prevention initiatives, Carol serves as a support resource for residents of all ages and town employees to provide guidance on substance use, addiction and mental health conditions. Ms. Read is a certified prevention specialist, and received her B.A. in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, and her M. Ed and Certification of Advanced Graduate Studies in Substance Abuse Counseling and School Guidance from UMass Boston in 2008.
Lorena Voyer – Board Member and Treasurer since October 2025
- Lorena is a Partner at Sansiveri, Kimball & Company, LLP, where she leads the firm’s Client Accounting Services (CAS) division. With more that 30 years of experience in outsourced controller services and financial consulting, she helps small to mid-sized businesses streamline their financial operations, gain clarity on their numbers, and plan for long-term success.
- Prior to Sansiveri, Lorena built a thriving business as the founder of Controlled Solutions, a firm specializing in outsourced controller services. Over five and a half years, she earned a strong reputation for providing high-quality financial reporting and advisory services, growing her team to eight professionals before being acquired by Sansiveri.
George Zainyeh – Board Member since March 2016
- George A. Zainyeh is a Senior-Level Executive, strategist, advisor and lobbyist. George has developed and executed complex business strategies and has served as chief of staff to Congressman Patrick Kennedy and former Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee. George is currently the Chief Marketing and Development Officer at Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, and leads the team at the Athena Solutions Group, LLC.
- Mr. Zainyeh attended the Rhoda Island Municipal Police Academy and graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science and an M.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations.
