We’re so glad you’re here – we can’t wait to help you with clothes! Clothes To Kids RI is a year-round program where families may shop, with or without their children, twice per year (12-months). To shop with us, a family must:
- Have children who are age 5+, in K-12th grade, or working towards earning their General Equivalency Degree (GED)
- Live in Providence County
- Burrillville, Central Falls, Cranston, Cumberland, East Providence, Foster, Glocester, Johnston, Lincoln, North Providence, North Smithfield, Pawtucket, Providence, Scituate, Smithfield, and Woonsocket
- Show financial need of assistance via
- Families that receives SNAP or
- Children who qualify for free or reduced-price lunch at their school or
- Families who receive a referral letter from an approved community advocate. **Referral letters must be an original document, printed on letterhead and will need to be shown each time they shop.

* Note: It is necessary for a parent or guardian to bring their photo ID and eligibility documentation to their first appointment.
** In some circumstances, it may be necessary to email a referral form to Clothes to Kids RI for a family. Emailed referrals should sent to info AT clothestokidsri DOT org and should include a note with the family’s appointment day and time in the body of the email. Please do not email referral forms for families who have not yet made an appointment. If necessary, the agency or person making a referral may set an appointment on behalf of the family.
